We ask that you please provide the breed of the pet, the weight, the suburb we will be going to, type of cut you prefer and age of the pet when you call or fill out the contact information. 

If your pet is a mixed breed, please provide the mixes as well as the hair length to the best of your ability.

All phone calls and emails, via the contact request to the right, will be responded to within a 24 hour period.  We will always try our best to respond within the same day the information is received.

If your pet has special needs, such as: can't stand, a senior pet, allergies, special products needed, missing limbs, anxiety issues, temperment issues, blind or deaf; please let us know under the "pet's special needs" button.
